A New Literacy
This one-day course is intended for those teachers who are teaching, or preparing to teach languages at KS2 but wish to develop their understanding of the broader primary curriculum and primary strategy. It will also be suitable for secondary or peripatetic teachers who support language teaching in primary schools and primary links coordinators from secondary schools. |

Our Languages
‘Our Languages’ is an innovative project funded by the DCSF which aims to support teaching and learning in Community languages by creating partnerships between mainstream and complementary (or supplementary) schools. Bristol Primary Languages Conference
We are delighted to be able to invite you to attend our third Bristol Primary Languages Conference.
The day will begin with a keynote speech by a member of CILT, the National Centre for Languages. The rest of the day will take the form of a programme of exciting and varied workshops by regional and national trainers. The workshops will address relevant issues, such as Transition and Mixed Age Planning for Primary Foreign Languages (PFL). There will also be a variety of practical, hands on sessions. |
